Password Problems

Can't get into: Possible Reasons Ways to fix
Control Panel You changed the password to something longer than 8 characters. Only use the first 8 characters of the new password, (i.e. mynewpas instead of mynewpassword)
  You forgot what the password is Check your old email for one from NetFronts with the subject "Welcome to NetFronts."  This email has your original password.  

You can click here to have your password emailed to you.

Or, send an email to NetFronts requesting your password be sent to you.  Please include your username and domain name in the email.

  You changed your EMAIL password, but not the Control Panel password. Use your original Control Panel password.  To change this password, log into your Control Paneland click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
  If you don't get a password box to come up at www.your-domain.com/menu, instead use your-IP-address.com/menu, 

example: http://208.56.246.43/menu

To complete your domain transfer, if your domain was registered with Network Solutions, or you aren't sure, contact us to complete the transfer.

Email Account
You need to reset your email password.  Email passwords can be different than the Control Panel or Microsoft Frontpage password. Log in to your Control Panel and click on MAIL MANAGER.  Click on your username on the left to change the password.
  Your domain name hasn't been transferred. To complete your domain transfer, if your domain was registered with Network Solutions, or you aren't sure, contact us to complete the transfer.

After the domain has been transferred, you will be able to check email properly.

MS Frontpage
 
Your Control Panel password was changed but your Frontpage password was not changed.  They do not automatically change together. See this link.
  Frontpage extensions are not installed.  (You'll know it because you won't get a password box to come up when you try to OPEN your Frontpage web.) Install Frontpage extensions.  Log in to your Control Panel click the button to turn ON FRONTPAGE.
