Title Why can't I send to my NetFronts account from AOL?
There is a known issue of AOL customers intermittently not being able to email customers on the NetFronts hosting system. This is not affecting any other ISPs sending to us and so we believe it is isolated to the AOL system. Specifically we believe their DNS server is overloaded and timing out. Generally if you attempt to send the message again it will go through fine. We have contacted AOL on multiple occasions but so far we have seen no improvement.

As this link shows, AOL name-servers are able to read from our DNS servers. http://us.mirror.menandmice.com/cgi-bin/DoDig?host=ns.aol.com&domain=mail.hosting-advantage.com&type=A

We suggest that you have the AOL user contact AOL and report the problem. The Level 1 techs at AOL will likely refer them back to us, however we have exhausted our troubleshooting and found no problems on our side.
