To cancel your hosting service, please go to http://cancel.netfronts.com You may specify to not renew service or to cancel immediately.

To change your hosting plan or the plan length:

• Log in to your Control Panel
• Click BILLING on the left side
• Click BILLING PROFILE
• Next to PLAN and BILLING PERIOD, click Change

To change from Linux to Windows or Windows to Linux, please contact us, as it is a manual change.  A minimum $15 fee will apply.
